You must compete in the division that matches your age the day of the competition. No "fallbacks". No Pro-Am pageant modeling permitted as a talent . New Starz is a fun, no pressure contest meant to give contestants the opportunity to perform in front of an audience, receive feedback from the judges and feel good about themselves. US residents only.

Admission is $5.00 at the door for ages 4 to adult. Three years and under are free.
Non-flash photography is allowed. No videotaping permitted.
No food or drink.
New Starz Talent Competition Categories (you may enter as many categories as many times as you like. Please fill out mulitple forms if needed.) These are total costs, not per person costs. Please email us the name of your music for each entry.

Liability and Media Image Release:
As a contestant in the New Starz Talent contest, I give my permission that any photographs, videos or likenesses of me can and may be used on the website and/or in advertising. I realize I will appear in the New Starz competition video.
I also release and discharge Premiere Dance/New Starz Talent and its employees and affiliates from all liability arising out of, or in connection with, participation in rehearsals, talent contests and promotional events.
I further realize that any and all fees are non-refundable. I realize that by submitting this entry form, I am making a promise to participate in this event.
New Starz is a family oriented competition and I promise that my entry/entries is/are age appropriate in song choice, costuming, language, etc. I realize I will be disqualified for suggestive material or obscene language.
